“Peace is literally a breath away.”
-Rev. Hanna Hymans Ostroff

“BREATHE PEACE and your inner landscape will light up with the kind of peace found in sacred, holy, beautiful, enriching and uplifting places. The temple-church-mosque-garden is inside of you.”
-Rev. Hanna Hymans Ostroff

“Heartfelt prayer is the most effective tool to cultivate inner peace and thereby offer peace through your thoughts, words and actions.”
-Rev. Hanna Hymans Ostroff

“Asking oneself big questions like “What is God?” Or “Who is God” is a helpful practice, but nothing is more helpful than offering consistent love and care to those in closest proximity to you.”
-Rev. Hanna Hymans Ostroff

“Some people trust a feeling they associate with God or the Divine. Others have no need, belief or interest in God or spirituality. Our ability to care for one another transcends all of our differences in belief or non-belief.”
-Rev. Hanna Hymans Ostroff

“Each one of us can Breathe Peace into any moment and every situation.”
-Rev. Hanna Hymans Ostroff
